Request deletion
Email connect@akshaykotish.com from the address on your RideACycle account, with the subject “RideACycle account deletion request”.
If you use the app anonymously (no email attached), include your user ID — you can find it under Profile → Account in the app.
We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — display name, email, preferences
- Every recorded activity, including its full GPS route
- Your community posts, photos, comments and likes
- Your saved emergency contacts
- Your challenges, segments, race entries and leaderboard entries
- Your XP, badges, quests and power-ups
What is kept, and why
- Order records — retained where tax and accounting law requires it. Payment details themselves are held by Razorpay, not by us.
- Aggregated, anonymous analytics — retained, but it cannot be traced back to you.
